Personality is probably one of the most important assessments we can take. Personality assessments help us to identify our individual differences and how they work for or against us, whether interacting or relating to others on or off the job. Personality assessments can measure preferences, traits, styles, or characteristics. To help you identify which instrument may best meet your needs, feel free to contact me.
- Written in a positive, developmental tone, each report contains a summary of the client's most distinctive characteristics with an explanation of how those characteristics may work to his or her advantage or disadvantage in an organizational setting.
- Each report provides observations about the individual's strengths and limitations in four critical areas: problem-solving skills; planning, organizing, and implementation skills; style of relating to others; and personal style.
- The graphic presentation provides an informative picture of how well the job "fits" the client.

MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is the most widely used measure of personality in the world. It measures your preferences on four different scales - extraversion/intraversion, sensing/intuition, thinking/feeling, and judging/perceiving, and the strength of your preferences. You can use your assessment results to identify the extent to which your preferences are working effectively for you in a variety of situations at work or at home. You can review a sample report below. You can purchase a report by clicking on one of the buttons below. Your purchase includes a 50-minute one-on-one session that can be conducted online, via telephone or in person. This session is strictly private and confidential. I can also facilitate team workshops.
MBTI Team Report
Develop a thriving and cooperative team with this powerful tool. The Team Report, one of my most popular tools in working with teams, provides a description of the group's type, its strengths and weaknesses, and its communication, problem-solving, work and conflict management styles. It also offers a personalized action plan to improve team productivity. The report supplies information on the similarities and differences among the group members to build an effective, satisfied team. Participants first complete the MBTI Step II Report and receive their individual results. Those results are then combined into the MBTI Team Report. I can facilitate a two to four-hour team workshop (withh a facilitator guide) to help each team member see how his/her preferences contribute to the team's overall strengths or weaknesses. The workshop can be totally customized and typically focuses on helping the team create an action plan for how each member will use his/her preferences to work more cooperatively or collaboratively together to reach the group's goals. Teams can include up to 64 members.
